It was a gorgeous morning so we spent the morning outside. We visited @winans_dublin, took a family walk, played at the park, cleaned the garage and are now preparing for my sister and her family to join us for dinner this evening.

That’s right! I haven’t been on much over the last few weeks as I’ve been going through the interview and offer process with my new employer and planning a professional exit at my current company.

While I’ll be in the office more, I will still have some work from home balanced in and am so excited to leave behind the 60-80 hour weeks that I have been working for some time.

Bubble baths are a favorite activity for both of my boys and can add time to our evening bath when needed. Plus, I love how their faces light up when we do fun activities at bath time.

To celebrate Valentine’s Day we created pretend

To celebrate Valentine’s Day we created pretend cookies, inspired by the adorable heart cookies @amandaescoe shared recently.

We painted wooden heart cutouts with acrylic paint. To add the finishing touch we decorated them using white fabric paint. Connor and I had the best time making these.
